RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

Your complete satisfaction with our products is guaranteed. We happily accept returns within 30 days of the ship date for a full refund or credit of the item. For our wholesale return policy please contact us.

If you wish to expedite an exchange for a different product, we recommend returning your purchase for a merchandise credit and simultaneously placing a new order.

Note: To be eligible for a return or exchange, all jewelry must be in its original purchase condition with tags attached and not show any sign of wear, damage, alteration, or repairs. You must also return all product documentation, gift boxes and/or pouches. By returning goods you forgo all Customer Loyalty Rewards associated to the return. We do not refund shipping charges. Cosanuova or its employees cannot be held responsible for the improper care, mishandle or misuse of jewelry items by its customers or any other third party.  

Claims for damaged or missing items must be reported immediately. Please retain all packing materials and contact us immediately. If a package or item delivered to you is damaged, please refuse the shipment and contact us immediately. 

Cosanuova will not be responsible for lost, stolen or damaged items during the return process. If an item is returned after the 30 day return period we will refuse the shipment. If the package is delivered, we will issue a 50% refund after QA has verified the authenticity and proper condition of the item.

Non-Exchangeable Items

Engraved jewelry items, special orders and SALE items are final sale and are not eligible for exchanges. Returns without a Cosanuova return code or returns sent C.O.D. will be refused upon receipt. Returns with missing paperwork or product will not be processed.

HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM PURCHASED AT COSANUOVA

1. OBTAIN YOUR RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER:

Contact us at cs@cosanuova.us to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number or use our automated system by login into your account, selecting order history and creating and RMA Slip. When approved, you will receive an email with a prepaid return label that you can use (shipping fee deducted from refund) or you can ship by your own means following the provided shipping and packaging instructions.

2. PACKAGE YOUR ORDER:

Repack the item(s) in the original packaging materials. To receive a refund or credit, you must provide the original packaging and documentation. Write the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number on the invoice and on the outside of the package. Any promotional item or free gift included with the order must be returned. If not returned, you will be subject to the full retail price of the item.

3. SHIPPING & INSURANCE:

Once you have received your RMA number, ship the item prepaid to the address received in your email. For your protection, we recommend shipping returns insured using FedEx, UPS, or USPS Express or Priority Mail. The package will be returned to its original sender if the RMA number is not included on the box or if it has been damaged or tampered with. Please note: for security purposes, do not write Cosanuova or the contents of the package such as jewelry, diamonds, gold or any other related items on the outside of the box. Return shipments are the responsibility of the customer.

Cosanuova Quality Assurance department reserves the right to verify the authenticity of the product. Once your item(s) has been received and accepted, you will receive a full credit for the cost of the item excluding shipping, handling and insurance charges. Please allow 7-12 business days after the item(s) has been received for your credit to be processed.

INTERNATIONAL RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

As with US orders, we happily accept unworn merchandise with tags attached within 30 days of the ship date for a full refund or credit for all qualifying orders.

All international orders need a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) code. To obtain an RMA code, email cs@cosanuova.us with your name, order number, and items you’ll be returning.

Please note that we do not offer free shipping for international returns. Customers are responsible for return shipping, duties, taxes and fees.

      RETURN PROCESS

We do not offer free return shipping for international orders. You may choose the shipping carrier of your choice. Shipping and handling charges, as well as duties and fees, are not refundable. Packages that arrive COD may be denied, or the COD amount may be deducted from your refund. We are not responsible for lost return packages, and recommend you insure and track your package
