SHIPPING, HANDLING & TAXES

Cosanuova customers get fast and reliable shipping on all orders. In the event we run out of stock or there is a system error, we will contact you directly to discuss the available options.

Our parcels are shipped by standard or ground service via USPS and UPS free of charge, we'll take care of it. If you desire expedited delivery you will be able to select different shipping options during the checkout stage.

We ship to all US states and territories and we strive to ship on the order date; however, some orders could take up to 2 business days to process and ship. Please note that some orders may take longer to process and all orders are subject to credit approval. Shipping time for custom or personalized pieces may take longer, details of which can be found in the product description or your order confirmation. When your order ships, we will email you a shipping confirmation with tracking information. Please check your spam folder if you have not received any emails.

Our office hours are Monday through Friday 9AM to 5PM. Orders that are not processed or shipped by Friday will be handled the following business day. (Extended days and hours during Holidays)

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

As our demand and popularity grows we will be expanding our efforts into new markets. At this time, we are excited to offer international shipping to Canada and the United Kingdom. More countries coming soon!

Prices displayed on the website are exclusive of taxes or applicable duties. Duties are not included in the final purchase price. We currently offer DHL Express shipping for international orders for only $45USD and USPS First Class Mail for $30USD (applicable duties and taxes are paid by the receiver).

We do not offer free return shipping for international orders. Orders are processed from our Fort Lauderdale warehouse Monday through Friday.
